Mobilny ŚKUP

The application enables you to independently save tickets and recharging purchased via Customer Platform (www.portal.kartaskup.pl) on the ŚKUP card.
Technological requirements: a smartphone with NFC modules.


NOTE! Saving a ticket is not tantamount to ticket validation. After saving a ticket, it needs to be validated in a relevant public transport vehicle.

The Mobile ŚKUP application allows you to:
*save tickets bought via Customer Platform on the ŚKUP card;
*save an amount you recharged your e-wallet with on the ŚKUP card;
*check the timetable for buses, trams and trolleybuses;
*check current communications on the functioning of the public transport;
*send a complaint;
*report a malfunctioning vehicle, ticket validator, etc.
